OpenAssets Tokenization Infrastructure Now Available in AWS Marketplace

Financial institutions and fintechs can now deploy the OpenAssets tokenization operating system from AWS Marketplace and run it on AWS in their own accounts, using the security and operational controls they already manage.
PITTSBURGH, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- OpenAssets, a leading capital markets infrastructure provider, today announced that its tokenization infrastructure is now available in AWS Marketplace. The private offer listing allows banks, asset managers, exchanges, and large institutions to apply for customized versions of the OpenAssets operating system within their own Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
Using AWS, OpenAssets seeks to accelerate tokenized capital market deployments with select partners globally. The listing changes where institutional tokenization runs. Rather than depending on a third-party platform, an institution can deploy OpenAssets directly through its existing AWS account, so issuance, settlement, compliance, and asset servicing operate inside the AWS environment the firm already manages. Institutions keep their assets, data, and operations in-house.
OpenAssets provides a modular operating system for tokenization that spans asset issuance and lifecycle management, a compliance and transfer-agent layer, and connectivity to primary and secondary venues. Institutions can issue and service tokenized assets, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, bonds, equities, funds, commodities, and more across more than a dozen blockchains.
The OpenAssets operating system is built to meet the security requirements of regulated institutions. OpenAssets holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, providing independent assurance as institutions deploy on AWS.
Deployment follows a guided process in AWS Marketplace with technical onboarding support from OpenAssets.
"Institutions want to run core infrastructure in reliable and scalable environments they control. Listing in AWS Marketplace lets financial institutions, banks and fintechs run our tokenization operating system inside their own AWS account, on infrastructure built for enterprise scale and reliability. That is how tokenization becomes reliable and scalable production infrastructure for the largest financial institutions," said Gabor Gurbacs, Chairman and CEO of OpenAssets.
"Institutions told us for years they would not run core infrastructure they do not control. They were right, and we stopped arguing," said Surendra Kalidindi, COO & CTO of OpenAssets. "One deployment pattern, every institution, no custom build. Their AWS account, their controls, every time."
The AWS Marketplace listing reflects OpenAssets' strategy to deliver institutional-grade tokenization where institutions already operate: within their own AWS environments and under their own controls, as the company works to establish a premium operating system for institutional tokenization.
